# Routes

The **Caards** theme works perfectly with Ghost’s default routing settings. If you haven’t made any changes to your site’s `routes.yaml` file, no action is needed.

However, if you’ve previously customized your routing and want to reset it, follow the steps below to upload the default `routes.yaml` file:

{% file src="/files/oshMF75mwnuW9a18tREd" %}

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

### Access Ghost Admin

* Log in to your Ghost Admin at `yoursite.com/ghost`
  {% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Navigate to Labs

* Go to **Settings** > **Advanced** > **Labs** `yoursite.com/ghost/#/settings/labs`
  {% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Upload Default Routes File

* Under **Beta features**, click the **"Upload routes file"** button.
* Select the default `routes.yaml` file available earlier in this article.
  {% endstep %}
  {% endstepper %}

Once uploaded, your site's routing will return to the default configuration, ensuring full compatibility with the **Caards** theme.
