# Copyright

This theme allows you to customize the copyright text displayed in the footer of your site.

The default footer text is: `© [year] [site name] – Published with Ghost and Haas`

### Step-by-step:

Go to **"Design & branding"** in Ghost Admin and click **"Customize"**.

In the theme settings tab, find the **"Footer copyright"** option under the **site-wide** section.

Enter your custom copyright text in the input field.

Click **"Save"** to apply the update.
