The Thumbnail option allows you to control the visibility of post images across your site. When disabled, featured images are hidden from the homepage, related posts and archive pages (tag, author).
This setting is useful for a cleaner, text-focused layout.
Follow the steps below to access the Thumbnail setting:

Access Ghost Admin
Log in to your Ghost Admin at yoursite.com/ghost

Navigate to Design Settings
Go to Settings > Site > Design & branding yoursite.com/ghost/#/settings/design
Click the "Customize" button to open the theme editor.

Open Theme Settings
Locate the Show thumbnail toggle under the Homepage section.

Save Changes
Click "Save" to apply your changes to the site.
Toggle this option to show or hide thumbnails on post cards across your site.
